Information on this site

Our articles, code guides, insurance explainers and calculators are general information for dental practices. They are not legal, coding, compliance or financial advice, and payer rules change often. Confirm anything you rely on with the payer, the current CDT manual or your own advisers. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter.

CDT codes are referenced by number. The official code descriptors are the copyright of the American Dental Association, and we do not reproduce them. Product names such as Dentrix and Open Dental belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Our services

Nothing on this site is an offer of services or a contract. Work for a practice starts only under a signed services agreement, and access to patient information only under a signed Business Associate Agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, they win.

Using our forms

• Send only accurate information that you are entitled to share.
• Never send patient information through a website form.
• Do not submit automated, bulk or misleading entries, or try to access data that is not yours.

Job applicants

Our job application form is sent only to people who have already contacted us about a role. Applications are handled by Bays Dental Group Colombia SAS. By submitting it and ticking the consent box, you confirm that:

• you have read the job applicants section of our Privacy Policy and authorize us to process your personal data, including sensitive data such as your photo, for this hiring process;
• you understand a recent photo of your face is required, because identity verification is part of our security process, and that it is used only for that purpose;
• the information you give is true and your own, and the photo is of you;
• you understand your data is deleted 30 days after you apply unless you are hired;
• applying does not create an offer or guarantee of employment, and any employment will be under a separate written contract.

Interview times are booked through Google Calendar, which is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. You can withdraw your application and ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us.

Intellectual property

The text, design, tools and graphics on this site belong to Bays Dental Group PC or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own practice's internal use. You may not copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the site, or use it to train or build a competing product, without our written permission.

Links to other websites

We link to payers, associations and software vendors for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, such as data-protection rights.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
