Which dental practice management software is best?
There is no single best. The decision is driven by location count, whether you want to run a server, which integrations you genuinely depend on, and who you can hire locally. Anyone answering this question without asking those first is selling something.
Should we move to a cloud system?
The case for cloud is strongest when you are adding locations or need real remote access. If you are single-site with a healthy server and a good IT provider, there is no urgent reason to move — migrations are genuinely disruptive and need a better reason than a nicer interface.
