Book a call

Thirty minutes, one specific answer.

Not a pitch deck. Tell us your location count, your system and where the work is piling up, and we will tell you which single workstream we would take over first — or that we are not the right fit.

What to bring

  • How many locations, and how many providers.
  • Which practice management system you run.
  • Roughly what your A/R over 90 days looks like.
  • Whether the pain is phones, claims, verification or recall.

What happens after

  • A written scope for one workstream, with the metrics we would be judged on.
  • A price against that scope, with the model explained.
  • Our BAA, for your counsel to review before anything starts.

Request a call

This opens an email with the four questions already written out, so you fill in blanks rather than compose anything. It reaches the same people who would take the call.

What happens on the call?

We ask what you run and where the work is piling up, then tell you which single workstream we would take over first and what we would expect it to change. If we do not think we are the right fit, we say that on the call rather than sending a proposal anyway. Thirty minutes, no deck.

Do I have to commit to anything?

No. The output of the call is a written scope for one workstream, a price against that scope with the pricing model explained, and our BAA for your counsel to review. You can take all three and do nothing with them.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the workstream and on access. Verification and recall can start soonest because they need the least setup. Billing takes longer, because the BAA has to be signed, access provisioned, and your payer and fee-schedule specifics documented before anyone touches a claim.

What happens to our patient data?

Nothing moves until a Business Associate Agreement is signed. After that the work happens inside your practice management system, under role-based access, with audit logging on every record touched. The Security and HIPAA page sets out the controls in full, and your counsel should read it before you commit to anything.
